  • Any occupation worker with potential exposure to gamma, X-ray, or beta radiation. The Genesis Ultra will identify exposure to “thermal” neutrons and is an accurate dosimeter for them.

Very few people are exposed to thermal neutrons only. For anyone with known neutron exposure, we recommend the use of the CR-39 dosimeter. The CR-39 dosimeter is a Genesis Ultra badge with an internal CR-39 dosimeter added to it. The CR-39 significantly enhances the accuracy of neutron dose measurement over the broad spectrum of energies of the neutron exposures found in industry today.
